A message concerning the times you are in: There are shifts happening on massive, galactic levels, over immense cycles of time, that are beyond your control and comprehension. It is a time for human consciousness to shed old patterns after centuries of darkness. It is time to evolve to a higher level of multi-dimensional awareness. This is happening now.
As the influx of new energies and light codes permeate earthly consciousness, pressure builds on the old, encrusted forms and they begin to crack and collapse under this intensification. On the level of individual consciousness, this intensification may manifest as chaotic mental turbulence, activation of old fears and dramas, emotional volatility, elemental imbalances and pressure on the edges of personal fears and control.
The antidote to the chaos of this transformation is LOVE! Remember the love and light in your heart center. Be fully present in love and truth. Let the old illusions, glamours and cultural programming of your own self-awareness dissolve. Return to love, to light, to your heart center and remember the immensity of your true nature.
Try not to be dramatically disturbed by the outer changes. This generates duality. Try to stay in your heart and be the new evolutionary potential. Try to be fully present in love and self-awakening. Be the antidote. This will not always be easy with the immense suffering and injustice that is occurring, but darkness is revealing itself to be purged out.
Create the new reality from the inside out by being it. Be the change you want to see. Let the old constructs of your persona deconstruct, dissolve and transform into awakened, evolutionary potential. You are the Phoenix that will rise from the ashes.
