8Activating the heart center is one of the most important and powerful things we can do to transform ourselves and planetary consciousness. Through the heart we align with truth, courage and love. The heart is also the gateway to the spirit realms and soul connection.
As each person awakens and remembers the truth in their heart it helps raise the consciousness of all humanity, which we need to do in this time to help resolve the many challenges we face.
The Heart Circuit Activation is a simple but powerful practice to awaken the heart center. While rooted in ancient Himalayan Vajrayana teachings, it is a practice for 21st Century mind.
This FREE live-online instruction in the Heart Circuit Activation includes a Tibetan bowl and chanting meditation. It is best to listen to the session through good quality speakers – or good headphones. Laptop or phone speakers are not recommended.
It is also good to prepare a quiet space for the session with a candle, incense, crystals and other sacred objects so you can journey safely into inner heart space.
